Jakarta, Beritaduasatu.com — Ustaz Khalid Basalamah resmi dilaporkan ke Bareskim Polri terkait ceramah tentang wayang haram oleh aktor Sandy Tumiwa. Khalid Basalamah dilaporkan ke Bareskim pada Kamis kemarin (17/2).
Sandy melaporkan Khalid bersama organisasi masyarakat (Ormas) bernama Setya Kita Pancasila. Laporan itu diterima usai pihaknya melengkapi sejumlah dokumen yang diminta oleh penyidik kepolisian.
Pelaporan itu tertuang dengan Nomor: STTL/50/II/2022/Bareskrim tertanggal 17 Februari 2022.
“Laporan kami sudah terima, untuk syarat formil dan materiil juga sudah terpenuhi semua. Laporan sudah kami pegang,” kata kuasa hukum Sandy Tumiwa, Yulsandi Pramana Putra kepada wartawan, Kamis (17/2) malam.

Sandy selaku Ketua Humas DPP Setya Kita Pancasila mengatakan bahwa pihaknya tetap melaporkan Khalid meskipun yang bersangkutan telah meminta maaf.
“Kan tidak menghilangkan suatu tindak pidana,” ucap Sandy.
Ia menilai bahwa ceramah Khalid tentang wayang haram dapat berdampak kepada masyarakat. Sandy pun meminta agar Khalid tak mengulangi perbuatannya lagi.
“Saya mengharapkan sebagai pembelajaran ataupun contoh agar tidak mengucapkan kata-kata yang akhirnya membuat yang lain ikut ricuh atau jadi onar,” kata dia.
Selain itu, terlapor diduga telah menyebarkan pemberitahuan bohong yang menimbulkan keonaran di masyarakat.
“Pasal yang disangkakan pasal 14 dan atau 15 KUHP. Pasal 16 terkait undang-undang terkait diskriminasi ras dan etnis. Kemudian, 156 KUHP. Ancaman 4 sampai 6 tahun penjara,” jelas Yulsandi.

Mengutip dari CNNIndonesia, “Kalau memang itu peninggalan nenek moyang kita, mungkin kita bisa kenang dulu oh ini tradisinya orang dulu seperti ini. Tapi kan bukan berarti harus dilakukan sementara dalam Islam dilarang. Kita sudah Muslim, harusnya kita tinggalkan,” kata Khalid dalam ceramahnya.
Setelah ramai menjadi sorotan, Khalid meminta maaf kepada semua pihak terkait ceramahnya soal wayang. Dia mengaku tidak pernah menyebut secara gamblang bahwa wayang haram.
“Saya Khalid Basalamah mengucapkan permohonan maaf sebesar-besarnya dari hati nurani kami kepada seluruh pihak yang tidak terkecuali yang merasa terganggu atau tersinggung, dengan jawaban kami tersebut,” katanya,” kata Khalid di Youtube Khalid Basalamah Official.
