Jakarta, Beritaduasatu.com — Seorang mahasiswi jurusan Hubungan Internasional Universitas Riau (Unri) mengaku menjadi korban pelecehan seksual dosennya berinisial SH saat melakukan bimbingan proposal skripsi.
Mahasiswi ini unggah pengakuan dilecehkan saat bimbingan skripsi.
“Saya mahasiswi FISIP, Unri yang dilecehkan saat bimbingan skripsi di lingkungan kampus,” kata mahasiswi tersebut dalam sebuah video pengakuan yang yang diunggah di akun @mahasiswa_universitasriau, Kamis (4/11),
Menurutnya, pelecehan itu terjadi pada Rabu 27 Oktober pukul 12.30 WIB, ketika menemui SH untuk melakukan bimbingan proposal skripsi di ruangan Dekan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP) Unri.
Saat itu, di ruangan tersebut hanya ada mereka berdua. SH, tuturnya, mengawali bimbingan proposal skripsi dengan melontarkan beberapa pertanyaan seputar kehidupan pribadi mahasiswi tersebut seperti pekerjaan dan kehidupannya.
“Namun dalam percakapan tersebut beberapa kali Pak SH (menyebut nama lengkap) mengatakan kata-kata yang membuat saya tidak nyaman seperti dia mengatakan kata-kata ‘i love you’ yang membuat saya merasa terkejut,” katanya.
Setelah itu, bimbingan terus berlanjut. Mahasiswi tersebut kemudian bersalaman dengan SH untuk pamitan. Namun, sang dosen memegang kedua bahu korban dan mendekatkan tubuhnya pada korban.

Ia kemudian memegang kepala korban dengan kedua tangannya dan mencium pipi kiri dan keningnya.
“Saya merasa sangat ketakutan dan saya langsung menundukkan kepala saya. Namun, Bapak SH segera mendongakan kepala saya dan ia berkata, ‘mana bibir, mana bibir’,” kata mahasiswi tersebut.
Tindakan SH itu membuat korban begitu terkejut, ketakutan, dan membuat badannya lemas. Ia kemudian mendorong SH dan menyatakan bahwa ia tidak mau mengikuti kemauan dosen tersebut.
Setelah itu, sang mahasiswi buru-buru meninggalkan ruangan dekan dengan gemetar. Dengan suara yang berat, ia mengaku sangat ketakutan dan trauma.
“Saya merasa sangat ketakutan dan merasa sangat dilecehkan oleh Bapak SH,” tutur mahasiswi tersebut parau.
“Saya mengalami trauma yang sangat berat akan perlakuan tidak pantas yang dilakukan oleh Pak Syafri Harto kepada saya,” tuturnya.
Mendikbudristek Nadiem Makarim menerbitkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Nomor 30 tahun 2021 tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual di Lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi yang berlaku mulai 3 September.
Aturan itu memuat ketentuan pemecatan bagi mahasiswa dan dosen atau pejabat kampus yang terindikasi melakukan kekerasan seksual.
